The Original Encyclopedia of Comic Book Heroes Volume One Featuring Batman was written by Michael L. Fleisher and is an excellent resource for the Batman universe starting at the beginning and ending in 1965. Fleisher does an excellent job covering several aspects of the Dark Knight from a technological perspective:
-Crime-Fighting Costume
-The Batcave
-The Extraordinary Abilities and the Famous Crime-Fighting Equipment
There are some specific information technology items in the Utlility Belt section, the Batcave section and really in The Criminological Laboratory and the Crime-File Room, the Batmobile section, the Batplane section, the Bat-Missile section, the Bat-Boat and Other Seacraft section, the Batarang section, the Scientific, Investigatory, and Communications Apparatus section, and the Apparatus for Special Emergencies.
