-Introduction = Batman and Robin in the Batcave standing by a bank of computers
-Batman and Robin are sitting in Wayne Manor and playing a game of electronic Pong then receive the Batsignal
-Commissioner Gordon shows Batman and Robin a video recording of a personal Joker message to Batman and Robin
-Robin puts everything in the crime file about the Joker in the Batcomputer but to no avail. It is the Batman's recognition of an event in the newspaper that tells where the Joker is going to strike next.
-Batman calls the Commissioner using the hotline telling him that the Joker will plan to steal an automobile that runs entirely on water.
-Batman uses a remote control to stop the Batmobile being driven by Batmite.
-Batman, Robin, and Commissioner Gordon hide in a Laundry truck to secretly video monitor the presentation of the automobile to determine when the Joker will strike. They determine that the Joker impersonating the professor by the ring the Joker is wearing.
-The Gotham City Police Department has large monitors and a large monitor of a Gotham City map.
-The Joker takes over the television airwaves to make an announcement to Batman and Robin.
-Batcomputer is prominently featured at the end of the episode giving the children the moral of the story.
