This graphic novel was written by Ed Brubaker and is about Batman's attempt to bring order to a warring city. There is an awesome series information technology panels where Batman takes over all lines of communication of the GCPD and the Batman family. Batman takes control of even Oracle's system.
Another interesting series of panels has Batman's cowl and Alfred doing an analysis on which wire to cut to disarm explosives.
