Allnut, Harold -once worked for the Penguin by force but freed by the Batman, worked on Batman's Batmobile to Batman's computer systems, Hush transformed the disfigured Harold into a normal looking guy but Harold had to hide microcircuits inside the Batcave's computer systems that threw Batman off balance as they feed him subliminal messages allowing Hush to proceed with his plan

Astro - my have been the given name of an underworld inventor, but it is more likely a moniker bestowed thanks to the inventor's work with satellite technology. His greatest device was a multifunction satellite that could aid criminal activities from orbit (Detective Comics #266, April 1959)
Bartok - successful inventor who sold his inventions to criminals, built a series of robots that were designed specifically to obtain the materials he needed for his next project, a series of advanced robots that contained artificial intelligence, beaten by a Batman robot
Batcave - the centerpiece of the command center was a huge computer interface with a massive screen several feet tall. It was connected to a series of linked Cray and Digitronix computers providing massive amounts of computing ability. As a result, it datamined around the globe, analyzing and storing countless megabytes of information to be recalled whenever required. Batman also had a series of satellites in orbit around the globe that could be retrieve information or send it to the Dark Knight without fail. He maintained constant online links with both Oracle and the Justice League of America. ...Seated on a rock ledge, Batman's computer platform featured state-of-the-art holographic technology for displaying information, as well as a giant screen for visual communications. The Batcomputer was first built by WayneTech employees who were told it was for a strategic command-and-control bunker to be housed beneath the Canadian Rockies. The most recently chronicled suite consisted of seven linked Cray T932 computers, the most powerful setup on Earth, and was constantly being upgraded.
