BTAS - Mad as a Hatter

This episode of Batman - the Animated Series focuses on Jervis Tetch's quest to make Alice his girlfriend. They both work at Wayne Enterprises with Tetch as a mind control scientist and Alice as a secretary. Alice enters some hard times with her boyfriend, and Jervis Tetch takes Alice for a night on the town using his mind control cards to create an enchanting evening. However, the next day Alice gets back with her boyfriend and gets engaged. Tetch is none too happy about this and uses mind control to gain control of Alice. However, Batman is able to stop the Mad Hatter's fantasy.

The Mad Hatter like the Clock King is an example of more of a cerebral opponent to the Dark Knight. To become a threat, the Mad Hatter uses information technology to control the minds of others and greatly augment their physical strength.
