BTAS - Riddler's Reform

In this animated episode, the Riddler appears to have reformed but is back to his old tricks. He is foiled by Batman who records the Riddler's confession to his crimes through using the Riddler's own two way radio that he advertises for kids. Even in the 1990s, the two way wireless radio plays a part in Batman's crime fighting arsenal.
