BTAS - Time Out of Joint

In this animated series, the Clock King returns, but this time he has the ability to speed up or slow down time. The information technology moment in this episode comes where the Clock King manages to escape a failed attempt to exact his revenge against Mayor Hill. Batman realizes that because of the Clock King's knowledge of public transportation, the Clock King selected a very specific location to ditch his car. According to the Batcomputer in the Batmobile, one train came by that area in the span of two hours headed for the secluded home of a researcher.
